Lockdown and coronavirus: how to get through this difficult times

Updated: Jun 10, 2020

By Jennifer

Try not to get stressed out and get depressed. Try not to think about it too much.

If you think about it too much it will get more and more difficult.

When it’s like this I don’t think about too much. I just let it go through.

I like to think about nice things, like I used to go to work. I sort myself out. I think about when I will go back to work and when everything is back to normal.

I like keeping in touch with my work colleagues, seeing how they are, and doing some work over the phone.

Just doing bits and pieces round the flat, like tidying up. And also, I think about my boyfriend because he's in a difficult time at home.

He rings me and I ring him. We talk over the phone and I say ‘How are you doing? Are you going out today?

Are you watching TV or are you listening to music?’.

Keep happy and cheerful. Phone people. Have a chat with them, your friends or your family.

One day this will end and we can all be together again.

Best regards
